San Diego Craft Classic!

As a BibRave Pro, I get the chance to join in on some really cool races! This time around, I get to come out for the Craft Classic!

My friends have done it the last couple of years but the timing has never quite worked out for me. It was always literally down the street from me and at a brewery right across from my climbing gym so the convenience part has always been there. Plus they have some awesome designs for their apparel. I even have a previous year’s shirt (and feel like a complete poser whenever I wear it). But now, I can finally run it myself! The stars have aligned with my calendar and I’m pretty stoked to run it this year.

They have a 5k option and a half marathon option. I signed up this morning and opted for the 5k. I just got back from Japan and my soul did not feel quite ready for a half.

Some race details:

Date: Sunday, July 14, 2019

Location: 6550 Mira Mesa Blvd, San Diego, CA 92121

Half starts at 6:30am | 5k starts at 6:45am

Runners Receive:

  • “On A Beer Run” soft cotton t-shirt or women’s tank top
  • Custom finishers medal
  • Commemorative beer glass
  • Complimentary Drink Ticket (21+)

Price jumps tomorrow (May 9th) so now is a good time to sign up!

If you want to join me for some running and beer, you can use code “BIBRAVE5” for $5 off the 5k or “BIBRAVE10” for $10 off the half!
