I think I am generally the worst at staying hydrated on a day to day basis, even worse when it comes to my training and workouts. But I’ve been a lot better recently about mindfully staying hydrated. Dehydration is a young person’s game and I feel it so much more these days when I’m not properly hydrated.

I’ve found that taking a bottle of Ultima with me on my hikes and runs really helps push through those really hard parts where I just want to stop. Maybe it’s my body telling me I need more water and electrolytes before I can keep going. But Ultima always gives me that extra push of energy, especially on the hotter days when I’m losing water and electrolytes much faster. Excited to have Ultima with me as summer approaches!

I also love taking it with me when I’m doing yoga, especially hot yoga. I’m pretty sure I sweat off 10 lbs of water weight every time (slight exaggeration there but in the ball park). I definitely feel a lot less dizzy going into Camel at the end of a hot yoga class when I’m staying hydrated well and replenishing my electrolytes! Ultima has been great for this.

The variety of flavors is also a fun way to mix it up. I tried them individually and also tried some combos of the different flavors. So far I do really like the lemonade with the raspberry. I like mine a little more diluted so I play with my ratios a bit. Instead of doing the full 1 scoop recommended, I usually bring it down to 2/3 or 3/4 of a scoop into the recommended amount of water.

Super ready to take on that summer heat with my new stash of Ultima Replenishers!
